"We called in before hand to make appointments because we were coming in with a large group of girls they just said no appointment needed we got to the nail salon they said no don’t have time for you guys then they made us wait after she said ok come I take you one lady was very rude she was not gentle she would pull the girls hand very aggressive they are not professional one lady it toke her 5 minutes to do a girls manicure she did it standing after we left they literally went to the door and sanitized it all in all we will NOT BE COMING BACK I suggest you not to come here"

"Worst place! I asked for a cleaning she told me 10$ and she just took my nails off with a metro train card didn’t even clean it or shave down wasn’t careful at all riped half of my nails off. Paid 10$ for absolutely nothing for her to peel them off I could’ve done it my self"

"ISunday October 3rd went to get a Gel Manicure and a lady started removing the polish and saw that I had a gel tip underneath I asked for that to be removed and only do gel polish, she left and a gentleman comes and takes over the service and he just filed the nail I asked if he was going to remove the previous gel tip and said it was gonna be ok once he applied the color, when he started applying the color it started to look messy and splotchy and I told him that it didn’t look right , he was rushing me through the whole service when the salon was totally empty. He started mixing colors on my nails colors that I didn’t even picked and calmly i said to him just to remove it and leave it like that i was already very frustrated. And he left my nails looking dry and all white and didn’t file them right and had the Audacity to charge me $20. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, THEY DONT LISTEN TO THE CLIENTS NEED AND DO WHATEVER THEY WANT. DONT EVER WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE."
