"I first visited this shop 2 years ago. They were extremely helpful and helped me many times in the past. But now there is a lady working in the front office. Im not sure what her job is. Maybe she is the boss or just secretary but service is terrible now. Maybe they are just so busy but there is No communication. I towed my Infiniti G37 to them on a Tuesday afternoon (Sept 12) for a "no start" issue. Mechanic says he will call me in a few hours with a update. Wendsday and Thursday I try calling but no answer. It took them til Friday (Sept 15) to send me one text message saying "looks like the car's computer burnt but we are not finished diagnosing" I never received another text message again.. Following day (Saturday) I try calling. no answer. I visited and mechanic he explained why it could be the "cars computer" but he is not finish diagnosing. They removed the battery covers and other weather protection near the battery area to get access to electrical components for diagnosing. Next day (Sunday)it was raining but I arrived with the replacement part (ECU) to continue repair. I notice the car is still missing the battery covers and other weather protection plastic parts. Over the weekend there was rain On Monday I try calling no answer. I visited the shop , the part still has not been installed mechanic says he has been so busy he did not even eat today. it is raining. I mention to the mechanic Should this area near the battery be uncovered and unprotected from the rain. He quickly reacts and puts back the the plastic protection back on. Today is now Tuesday (1 week car sitting)Not only has the part still not been installed. But I arrive and my car passanger side carpet is completely soaked wet, The filter near the battery is also completely soaked wet, Not to mention the fuse box and BCM live near the battery. I have been outside the shop for hours. Nobody has talked to me about my car status. But they did clear the way for me to have a tow truck get my car. Thank you. I called AAA to remove my vehicle from the property so I can take it somewhere that actually has time for cars that are not German. I came in for electrical problems and they allow rain water to get inside my car and possibly make things worse. I cannot believe this happened to my car. What a nightmare."
