"Charles the owner was a pleasure to deal with. I have a 2000 Porsche 911 convertible that needed a new top. I bought the top in advance (Sierra brand) and called for an appointment. Charles told me he was super busy but since I had the top he told me to come in a week. As promised Charles took in the car on my appointment. Two business days later the top was on. Through out the two days Charles texted me the progress and pointed out that a mouse decided to make a home in the well of the convertible top. I cant recommend Branch Brook Auto Tops high enough. Professional through and through, would use him again if I had a repair."
