"I went for the first time for a fill and gel polish and in less than a week several nails the polish was just peeling off. I called and went back and she redid them at no charge and told me my nail was too smooth and that’s why it was just peeling off. She did my fill so if it’s too smooth it’s because she did that. Less than a week after her repolishing my nails here we are again with them peeling. I wanted to love this place but I won’t be back"

"I will never go here again. I felt rushed the woman doing my nails kept stopping answer calls take payments and schedule people. She worked very fast on my nails to get the next person seated.its been 5 days and my nails already look like they need a fill . Terrible job. Very disappointed after paying $140 plus $20 tip ."

"My daughter and I had an appt with Elite nails in Warwick ny, when we got there they were so over booked, I got my pedicure, but my daughter said no to doing her nails being that they took so long. The worker came up to my daughter and apologize and did her nails for free, she was so apologetic and did a nice job and gave her a massage. They keep making sure my daughter was comfortable. I will definitely go again. They treated use very nice, they are great with customers . Thank You"

"My sisters and I got our nails Monday 2/6/23 we all got acrylic fills with gel polish to start; by Wednesday 2/8/23- 3 of my nail polishes CHIPPED off, went to get them fixed the next day while I was getting them fixed someone else walked in with chipped polish. It’s now 2/11/23 and my polish is chipped and peeling AGAIN. I don’t work with my hands so no reason for my polish to be chipping and peeling off. - we all got burned numerous times by the Dremel, when my one sister went to wash her hands of the dust the lady FOLLOWED her into the bathroom to dry her hands for her. When my other sister was getting her nails finished up someone started to sweep under her feet which left her in a position of her feet up sideways in the air. In the middle of two of us getting our nails done one of their regulars walked in and they tendered to her right away completing her nails while we were there first in the middle of our service, and we are also paying customers. Do not recommend going here."
