"I went there for a consult bc i had an old filling that was bothering me. The Asian dental man told me that i needed 4 crowns!! 2 of them being on the surrounding teeth next to the problem tooth… simply bc they had fillings in them and that the impression material taken for the crown in the middle would rip my fillings out. I thought that was strange I’ve had tons of impressions taken and while that stuff pulls it’s never pulled out a filing as i do have a filling pretty much everywhere. And even then— is that a real reason for TWO more crowns on those teeth — why not just refill them if they pull out. I also clench and have stress every night clenching my teeth. The dentist made it seem like my teeth were crumbing in my mouth telling me he could see all the lines and breakage from the clenching. It just freaked me out and offered me no hope for my mouth as he just told me to freak me out as there’s absolutely nothing i can do for that. I questioned a few things he recommended and he told me “dentistry was subjective”… big mistake to tell me that because i didn’t think his “take” on my mouth was the right one. I’m only now writing this review as I’ve had my problem filling fixed and have no issues from it. NO CROWNS. NO ROOT CANALS were performed. The second dentist just replaced the problem filling. Amazing how i could go from ones dentist telling me 4 crowns and a root canal and that dentistry is subjective to zero crowns or root canals from another office. Tells me this dentist has to be in it for the money if his prognosis and subjectivity could vary so much from another professional."
