"I went to a wonderful dental practice for years. Then every time a change on my plan he does take it. So I had it all sent to Indian Rock dental. She calls me and says, 'I can't reactivate your account or get your records so you have to go elsewhere.' What the heck? I asked if the position they were not interested in potential of thousands of dollars in dental care fees in the coming years. Response? Oh i can't answer that. I requested to speak with the dentist. And to have her phone me directly. She couldn't seem to figure out what i was asking to leave a message for the dentist. Not good. Clearly not well versed staff."
