"I just had my first cavity filled and it was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. The atmosphere is very spa-like. The waiting room is calm and relaxing. When you walk into the patient room, there is low lighting, candles, relaxing spa music playing, essential oil diffuser gently dispersing lavender into the room. Melanie made me feel comfortable and at home. She explained every part of the process and calmed my nerves. I didn't think I'd leave feeling so relieved and relaxed! It was quick and pain-free. I will never dread another dentist appointment as long as it's with her!"

"I visited her early fall 2017 to see if she can save an infected tooth (holistically). She took a couple of x-rays and said she cant. I gave her all my insurance info but kept getting calls saying that they cant contact my insurance and I had to give the info over and over again. On the day of the visit I had also given them a copy of a previous claim that they could use as an example .... Then I didn't hear from them until April 19, 2018 where they send me a statement. I was charged $250 for evaluation of a single molar! My dentist charges me $72 for complete oral exam! Thinking that they had not been able to still file a claim with my insurance, I submitted a claim myself and send her an email saying that I will not pay anything above what my insurance pays, first because of the above and beyond customary charges plus it was already past the date for my yearly FSA submission. Insurance paid $165 after about a couple of weeks, voila! Please be aware of her accounting practices!"
