"I came to this Valvoline today and met with Alex and he was really good all the people there really nice. They are quick and efficient. Highly recommend. They advised me to replace air filter so we took care of it. Today Craig was the man. He was competent caring and friendly. Will definitely come back here again. These guys are awesome ☻"

"Typically I do all of my own maintenance but, I was in the process of moving and didn’t have all of my tools available. Waited approximately 30-45 minutes for the entire process, there was a line which is understandable but someone came out to give us an update which is fine. Ended up getting a full synthetic oil change, they slapped a sticker for another oil change in 2k miles, didn’t notice it until I got home but it’s a bit suspect that they put in the wrong oil all together. Some clown hand tightened my oil filter and it managed to leak approx 2.5quarts all over the road and my entire driveway at my new house. This was an absolute mess to clean up and ended up replacing all the oil and filter myself in the middle of the night when I realized the the was puddle of oil running down my street into the driveway. Paid almost $100 for about 20 minutes of use and had to get a power washer to clean up the driveway. Would not recommend whatsoever, I’m assuming since it was a busy time so the guys were rushing through cars to get them out. That’s not an excuse to almost cost me an engine, cost me a power washer, and a weekend of cleaning up. Edit: reached out to customer service as per below connect via email and call, nobody responded or followed up: absolutely fake, company does not care about their service, or customers. Buyer beware, they don’t take responsibility or accountability for their mistakes."

"I have been coming to this location for well over twenty years and the service has never disappointed. All these years, I have always heard the service techs calling out to "Rosco." Well, today I met the legend. He has been here for 23 years and what a gem he is. To Rosco and all the others who have kept my car oil flowing and my car moving, thank you! P.S. Rosco will be retiring in a few years. Be sure to stop by and say hello when you're in the neighborhood!"

"This shop caused over $600 in damage to my car. I wish I read the reviews before I came here. I had the same problem as Conor Jones posted a week ago. Found melted plastic hanging underneath the car when I got home after an oil change plus $286 of other services performed, including radiator fluid replacement, engine flush, and fuel system. Spoke to the assistant manager and manager John who made me return twice within 24 and 48 hours only to tell me they were not responsible for the damage they caused. John had his made mind up before I even got there because I called customer care who transferred me to him. I am attaching picture of the damage they caused when they broke the heat shield on the catalytic converter causing the plastic part of the skid plate to melt and hang from the car. I never had a problem with the heat shield until I came home and saw the damage they did. It was obvious this happened at this location before because they were not even surprised when I explained the situation and had a canned response about not being responsible for it. I took it to Subaru and got an estimate for over $600 in damage two days after they caused it. Is customer care going to pay for this damage which occurred immediately after I received the services? I placed another phone call to customer care who tried to call the area manager named Mark (refused to provide last name) who did not pick up or return my calls. They listed the store number instead of my phone number and admitted they never reviewed any "security footage" before denying responsibility for the damage. I was denied access to viewing the "security footage" when I asked and never spoke to anyone in charge who would investigate the situation. I offered pictures and an estimate by phone and no one was willing to investigate. There is no one to contact by email or phone for investigation. They do not respond at all. They transfer all calls to the same store manager who is not going to accept responsibility. There are no independent investigations. John the manager stated, "They are not going to do anything about it." The reviews show they have a pattern of damaging cars without recourse and accountability. NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Perhaps a class action lawsuit would elicit an appropriate response this time. Post the names of the service providers who damaged your cars. They are listed on your invoice."
