"I waited over an hour and half for them to lie to my face about an alignment being done. Then they lied about not being able to print the results because they didn’t have paper. But somehow printed my invoice. And if the experience couldn’t be more unprofessional, the person they said was the manager, Cheryl, was on the phone, in the lobby, explaining to someone she was late to work because of her sick son and then after the call ended, went to the back to scream for another 5-10 minutes. To the point where Steve, the guy up front, had to joke about how all he hears is a screaming Spanish lady because it was so loud, inappropriate and awkward. I would feel bad a little for Steve because he was mostly pleasant, if not for the fact that he was one of the people who blatantly lied to my face about my alignment being done. What a genuinely awful experience because the people I dealt with had zero common decency or integrity."
