"Margherita claimed that he was having "trouble" getting paid by our insurance company and told my family that they had to pay the balance of $781.00 for him to remove my braces in August of 2019. My family paid him and my braces were removed. Interestingly enough, in March of 2020, the insurance company paid him $1,100.00 on braces that were removed the previous August. Despite my families efforts, to date, my family has not been paid in full and the insurance company has not been reimbursed. In a nutshell, Margherita collected money from my family and the insurance company. The insurance company notified my family that he owes us the money. We are currently considering taking him to small claims court."

"If I could I’ll give zero stars. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful specially if you are a Muslim woman. He charges you more than he supposed to and he does a very horrible job that later he doesn’t want to correct. I’ll never go back to that place"
