"I recently had a dental emergency and was in the unfortunate position of not having a dentist anymore since my life long dentist past away. Dr Mcshane saw me right away and I could not be more grateful. The whole experience at his office was awesome. I had read a lot of negative posts about dentist making patients feel like ATM machines. “Being all about money” and “ripping me off” seems to be a common thing people say. Dr Mcshane took his time and was definitely very concerned with my situation. He was not able to perform the surgery I needed cause it was out of his field of expertise. But he was able find me an oral surgeon who could. He had his office staff make a lot of after hours phone calls till they were able to find a surgeon that could see me the next morning. They did not have to do this. They could have simply given me a list of surgeons and told me to call one and set up an appointment on my own. Turns out that my problem was very serious and needed attention immediately. I had surgery the next day and I am on the road to recovery. Also because I don’t have dental insurance Dr Mcshane gave me a break on the cost, which he did not have to do. I could not be more happy with entire office and especially Dr Mcshane."
