She told me my order was shipped somewhere else but has no clue where and then hung up the phone on me and I had someone else called and a guy told him my order got lost in UPS so now I’m confused. Thanks to Nessie for calling and explaining everything to me, she was really nice and empathetic. But YAZ she needs more training on customer service and how to speak and assist people coming into her work place"
