"I have been to other city jean locations and let me start by stating. This is the very first location that I was not asked if they could assist me . I went in here and both the male employees they had here seamed to not want to help. I asked twice got sizes (I was shopping for my kids) the representatives did not even try to look up sizes. Horrible customer service."
"SCAMMERS, HORRIBLE SERVICE!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! I bought a hat and pair of sneakers on a Friday. Change my mind on the hat (never used, all tags on & original receipt ) went the following Monday to exchange, refund or store credit…. They refused to help. Many friends have also had bad experience and seems like products are counterfeits!!"
"Came to do some shopping today for the holidays and I was amazed to see how such a great team this store has the energy was great Josefin and Sam was very helpful they got me everything I needed and more! also Jen was so nice and funny great service checking me out! The whole team made me spend more than what I expected and I don’t mind great quality great price seriously would recommend"
