She was SO knowledgable, so kind, and really explained to me why my feet needed certain support and how my old shoes were contributing to the pain. She offered me numerous pairs to try and I kept going back to her first suggestion. 10/10 experience, so happy I went there. I loved the foot scanner and having a lot of information going into the selection of my shoe."

"I went to this store two days in a row. The first day there was a sign on the door indicating that they were closed until 4:00 pm for a staff event. The next day I called and the young lady who answered the phone told me they were open but that they closed from 2-3. So I rushed there. When I walked in, one of the sales girls yelled from the counter/register, "Do you have any questions?" I was the only person in the store but why are you yelling from across the store? What happened to approaching me and asking what I was looking for. Prior to my arrival, I was told that they would fit my foot and possibly have me run on a machine. None of this was offered. I specifically asked about shoes that were on sale from their website--but none of them on the site were actually in the store. I had to ask them if they could call another store. They did and after a pretty long wait, the young lady told me that they don't have the shoe in the Manhattan store either. She said it must be a mistake. Overall, their attitudes were not that of sales people who work in a specialty shoe store. I was fully prepared to purchase two pairs of sneakers but the lackadaisical attitude was beyond disappointing. As I walked out I told them I would just buy them on Amazon. Fifteen minutes of wasted time. I was so excited and left very let down."

The staff in general was pleasant and I felt served in an excellent manner. This was my first experience in this store and I recommended it to 5 people already, just from yesterday’s visit. I actually felt as though I went to a podiatrist. Thanks for a memorable experience!!! I walked out the store with my new sneakers on for 12.7 miles yesterday and ready to walk today again!"
