"The worst customer service ever! I have Came to this famous foot wear multiple times and always purchase for myself & family but today two young ladies which was surprising one was a manager name (Andrea) didn’t not give her best in holding her title as “manager” she continued to cut me off as I was explaining to her about another associate (Lizabeth) that was giving me unnecessary attitude. She wasn’t very helpful and her customer service towards me was unacceptable. When I asked her a question her response was “like I said” that is not a way to speak to a customer. Let alone the two young ladies were chit chatting constantly and not being helpful. I stood across from them saying excuse me 3/4 times as they continued to talk. This wasn’t the first time this was the second attempt to have some assistance since I walked in the store. Due to this visit I decided to leave and not purchase anything and head to another famous footwear with better customer service and manners. This will be my last time visiting and would not recommend it!"
