Despite my efforts to explain my situation to the manager and provide evidence, I was met with a strict adherence to their 30-day return policy. While policies are important, I found the lack of flexibility disappointing. I was issued a store credit for less than what I initially paid, which left me feeling unsatisfied. It would have been more customer-friendly if they could have accommodated my unique circumstances with a fairer solution. Customer service matters, and in this case, Old Navy fell short in understanding and accommodating its customers' needs"
