"No they short on staff .True facts,The workers lack of skills.in retail fast paced friendly service.True facts when it comes down to prices this particular store high rises up the pricing.im a secret shopper my experience at the store was like no other the employees are dress poorly,they smell, look like they slept in the night before came to work in my over 42 years in on this world have I seen unprofessional establishedment.The store need supervisor with more than a resume of skills a real one on one act to see if they can hold up..People shop at Burlington for the name .Webster Burlington should be replaced with a organization and better service true facts..."

"The reason for my rating is being harassed upon departure at the front door. When I left yesterday, I was embarrassed at the front door - your your mini & tall security guards - WHO thought I came into the store to steal items ...so they asked me for my receipt. Let me tell you something, I usually WORK from 8:30am - 8pm (now 5:30pm)..I am a hard working citizen of the United States....so whoever you need to check, was someone else and not me. I have always paid for my items. Why don't you check some of the folks that live in the Fordham Road area that are contlstantly riding your elevators with items in their carts that they steal?????? Going to Burlington is not a need for me...it's a a want ...and trust me, after yesterday's incident...I don't wish to visit your store!!! Imagine I am a hard working person who buys all items and your stupid & illiterate security guards tried to check me....gimme a damn break! You need to check the folks that are in the back of your store that are stealing your items and somehow pass through your from door without your knowledge!!!! Your security folks are MORONS!!!! YOU HAVE SOME DAMN NERVES TO CHECK BLACK PEOPLE AT THE FRONT DOOR...- YESTERDAY I WAS CLEARLY RACCIALLY PROFILED!!! THAT WAS NOT CUTE- THATS EMBARRASSING....THE NEXT TIME THIS HAPPENS IT WILL NOT BE NICE!!!"
