"i been shopping at porta bella for most of my adult life but this one on fulton mall has to be the worse. they had to alter a shirt i paid for on FRIDAY. AND TOLD ME TO PICK IT UP SATURDAY. after the person it was made for ended up not being able to pick it up then, i ended up coming on SUNDAY to be told that IT WASNT READY. (you had a whole extra day, how wasnt it ready...)and that they were busy i was annoyed but decided to come back the next day at like 2 pm. ( today on monday) got there at 2:20 and for some reason ended up leaving at 2:50 , was it not ready yet? late for work now as well. big thing for me is respect of my time. and my time felt like it was being messed with here. thats a 1 star for me. if you value your time go to any other portabella."

"Excellent service and tailoring. My experience was worthwhile. I got the best suit in less than 5 days. When I went to collect the suit, I got it tailored to my needs the same day. I got exactly what I asked for with precision. I was so amazed by the tailor I thanked him twice, he helped achieve my vision. Not to mention the suit was not as pricey compared to other stores and I paid almost nothing for the adjustments. Now I’m looking forward to my next suit 50% off."
