"Unfortunately 0 stars is not allowed. I purchased a very expensive coat from the website. The coat that was delivered was not the coat I purchased. I sent the coat back. Torey Lehman, who is listed as a manager not only refused to refund the coat, but also has refused to exchange the coat, only to offer a gift card for less than the purchase amount of the original coat that was purchased. The coat was returned in original boxing and packaging with all tags still attached. The coat was not worn, used, or damaged in any way. Torey e-mailed me a picture of a blonde hair he said was present on the coat and stated that as a fake excuse of why he couldn't return the coat. Terrible service, slow to respond, would never recommend anyone to order online or do business with this store."

"We went in today and had NO service. We have spent hundreds of dollars in this store and the clothing has become a favorite. The fabrics and styles are 5 stars and the service has always been 5 stars. Today, we walked in and looked around the store. The staff sat at the front desk and said “Hello” when we walked in. Another guy came in with a tray of food....he was an employee....No one ever came over or asked if we needed help. We left and went across the street to Scotch and Soda where we were greeted and assisted. Rod and Gun should watch out or your regulars will go elsewhere and you’ll close."

"Walked in to store because of the German Shorthaired Pointer logo and was promptly greeted by Carolyn who was super friendly and helpful. We were chatting about my dog Cooper which is a German Shorthaired Pointer, made my purchase and went about my day. A few hours later I got a nice personal email from Carolyn thanking me for stopping by and mentioned Cooper in the email. Very nice touch, will be going back for sure."
