"I was a frequent customer when I had my BMW . I went last week to have my Jeep Compass fixed with the horn . Initially, I was informed that there was something wrong with my clockspring . I bought the part and as I was told they could install it . When I got my Jeep back , I was charged $213.00 for labor , the horn was completely not working and the new clock spring was still in the box . A yellow mark was put on it but the part is still brand new and obviously never installed.I didn’t get my vehicle for 2 days ."
"Changed out the transmission on my car . Transmission was clean when I bought it. When I check trans fluid, it was dirty . Black. Didn't change out the filter for a new one. Now it has all dirty fluid inside. And to clean it out good I would need a trans flush. Another work needed... trans work is expensive as it is. Very dissatisfied"
