"Really bottom prices, good customer's service, some reviews talking about lifetime warranty which there is no such thing, limited lifetime is something else, also people need to understand because of the really cheap prices there is a high volume of calls and unfortunately expect to be put on hold. There is a guy in the counter really helpful i can't recall his name. Honestly speaking the best way is to coming and be take care of face to face with a friendly service."
"Ha whats a joke. their hold advertisement says they are fast & reliable.. This couldn't be further from the truth. Hold time is usually 5-10 minutes & you get lucky if they don't hang up on you after asking for your phone number 3 or 4 times. They are only in business because of their rock bottom prices. That is it!! Don't expect knowledgeable, friendly service from any of these ass clowns!"
