"Was told turn around time for a playstation 4 controller repair was 30 minutes to 1 hour. Waited 3+ hours...if you have things to do, don't bother here. They tell you "they'll call you". Go back to the store, they're having a party in the store, blasting music and then say "Oh we have other repairs". The laziest customer service I've ever seen, don't waste your money here if you don't want them to waste your time."
