"Why is it that 9 times out of 10 when we go to this restaurant there is some sort of problem. Tonight it was the wait for our food. Our appetizer, texas cheese fries 1/2 order came out quickly. Wasn't that good. But our entrees took forever. Another couple sat behind us after we got the appetizer and they received their appetizer and entrees before our entrees came out. I don't think it was the waitresses fault, I hope not. But again another problem when eating at this restaurant. I don't think we'll be back. Sorry."

"It was a typical chilis. It was a very good one. Ryan our server was excellent. He checked on us and asked if we needed refills on drinks without asking and was friendly. Our food was very good and place was very clean."

"Definitely one of the better chains in existence at these prices. Starting off had the curly fries & white queso for $5 which is aight. The house made ranch that comes with it, Is yummy. I did the 3 for me $10.98 deal which was a great bargain plus since I decided to spike it up I paid an additional $2.50 to have a classic frozen margarita, Well worth it. So for the 3 for $10.98+$2.50 deal I got the margarita, a loaded potato soup which was flavourful, and my entree was the crispy chicken sandwich and it was scrumptious the chicken was juicy. Overall was an affordable lunch. The chicken crispers, Texas fries are tasty."

"Full disclosure, I have been going to Chili's for many years, but today was my first visit to the Chili's in Toms River NJ. Service was unparalled and team effort was evident. I had the chips & salsa and the Santa Fe Salad. When you do go to Chili's I suggest you get the Presidente Margarita as I did. It did not disappoint. Note#1: I was dining in the bar area and have to say music volume was a bit high to my liking, and I like loud music. Note #2: this is a direct criticism of corporate. You have a signature drink. The Presidente Margarita. Why does it get poured out of a dribble glass that spills each time it is poured??? Pro Move: order the chips & salsa. It is bottomless. Make sure to ask for a refill before you head for the exit, and get a take home snack for the folks at home. Overall: I never see cars at this place - which is puzzling. This is a well run establishment with great food and timely service. The facility is immaculate. I highly suggest you give them a try. I for one, will be back."
