"Food is great. Been coming here for years, but the turnover in help is consistent. Even so much so I usually make my own salad the way I want it and the employees don’t even know how to put it on the system anymore. I’ve been making a salad the same way since 2016. They need to train their employees. I had to go somewhere else to eat this week because they couldn’t place my order! And issue the past two times I came. I’ll be back for other items , but clearly not what I would like to go for. Train your staff. Also, wearing gloves would be nice since they touch our food and then money and the register. Disappointed with the past few visits."
"I got a panini with mozzarella, roasted peppers, and a fried chicken cutlet with pesto bowtie pasta. It was excellent. Definitely liked the vibe inside. Would like to go back and try their pizza."
"This women right here SHOULD BE FIRED!! She was so rude to me and my mother right now 11/10 at 6:44PM. She told my mother she has no information under my mom name and didn’t even want to check with her phone number. She gave me attitude by saying, “I have no orders on my screen would you like to look yourself?” WITH THE NASTIES REMARK!! is this how your employees talk to people? Horrible customer service she has and needs to be checked! When we checked our phone log WE DID IN FACT CALL HERE AND PLACE A ORDER!! You had the order under James for some reason when she said Terri. When my mother talked to the other nice lady with brown hair in a bun was great! She found the order and gave us 10% discount FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES INCOMPETENCE!! I will not go back here if she still works at your establishment!! Would love to know her name too!!"
"I order from here about once a week, it’s my go to spot. However yesterday I ordered a panning with prosciutto on it, and the prosciutto is definitely out of date. Had a horrible flavor, can’t even be bitten as it’s so tough, and the color is definitely off"
