"No disrespect to anyone but the employees there should all be fired. They are beyond the worst in customer service. They don’t even know proper English or how to communicate. Most likely why they work at the worst KFC to begin with. Extremely simple order they got wrong and refused to refund my money. Do not go to this KFC."
"I am a public figure in this area. And I am so appalled to the service. I received yesterday at this KFC in Sicklerville. On Burlington Cross Keys road. I WI ordered online. My app told me my order was complete. I pulled into the window. The girl told me to go round and sit in the front. She would bring it out. I was there right on time at 4 PM. As my app told me to be there that it was complete. She said it was not. So I pulled around and I waited and I waited and I waited and I waited now at 4:20. She came out with the wrong order. I told her my name. She went back in and said waited another 15 minutes. I walked into the store. And my order was sitting on the shelf the whole time and she didn't know it. The food was disgusting and awful. This was the worst and poor service I've ever had. We'll never go back again, don't recommend this KFC 21. They do not know what they're doing there."
"The staff was so nice!! They were even joking with my husband and I about the game that day. The order was correct, it was done in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing, and it's not even a big deal, I like my wings a little more crispy but it wouldn't stop me from going back."
"I ordered DoorDash from here and I got a 8 piece meal. Everything was great until I received my order… they forgot to give the dasher my drinks and said everything was in the bag but obviously their wasn’t. Then I proceeded to check my food to see if I got my whole meal I did the meal came with 3 biscuits and they were all RAW!!! Never again I will order from this location again. I’m very disappointed."
"Every time I have gone to this location they have forgotten half of my order or an entree. Today we have to go back 2x as the first time they did not give us my pot pie. The second time they gave us a kfc bowl. I went back AGAIN and finally got my pot pie. However, this is what I received. The staff has attitudes and are usually goofing off or talking bad about customers when I have been in there instead of paying attention to the orders they are handling. Will not give this location another chance. Hopefully, management starts getting a handle on things."
