"I never had a problem before with this location. I’ve always came here. I decided to do Uber Eats today and when i received my food, i got no sauce, no chicken sandwich, and the fries were not even full. I spent well over $50 on this order for me plus 3 other people. I proceeded to call and let them know. I am not usually the type that complains due to the fact I worked in the food industry and was a CFA team member myself back in highschool. The woman proceeded to tell me they couldn’t do anything and I had to contact uber. I’m not sure how it’s Ubers fault when the bag is sealed? CFA is the one who handles and prepares the orders. Not uber eats. I am very truly upset."
"I have been coming to this location at least twice a month for over 5 years now and for the first time today was denied my military discount…not because they don’t offer military discount or because I didn’t have a valid ID to prove my entitlement, but because I am a military spouse. To be clear spouses receive the same benefits and privileges as their active duty spouse EVERYWHERE else that offers the benefits when you show valid ID. This is why the military offers IDs to spouses and their children. I have never had someone examine my ID and deny my entitled benefits and have never been denied benefits anywhere in the country because my ID says (spouse). Shame on you Chick fil A for discriminating against military spouses and their families as we serve too! Also the lady who took my order was quite RUDE while examining my ID! So much for friendly service. You just lost a local customer!"
