"Each and everytime I order from this location my order is always always always wrong! If I order spicy chicken, im getting not spicy, missing straws for my drink, missing sauce for my chicken tenders, top caps not on my garlic parm sauces today which spilled all over my food in the bag. I give up on this location. The guy at the window is always nice and professional but I’m not paying again for my food to be wrong!"

"So I don't really eat a lot of fried foods. But today I had a taste for a piece of fried chicken. Went through the drive through ordered food. My greedy spirit couldn't wait until I got home so I doven. The chicken was not done so I turned right around and took it back. They were very accommodating. She even threw in a extra piece of chicken. So the chicken was horrible. A lot of fat on the chicken that makes me think that it was not properly cleaned. The chicken wing was done. But the other 2 pieces were not didn't have no taste. I thought it was spicy. And it wasn't. You live in, you learn. I will never go boo Papa's again when I have a Taste for fried chicken."

"We frequent here a lot because my 7year old loves fried chicken!!! They are a hit or miss kind of spot!!! Half the time the chicken is really good the other have not so much. I did have a really good experience with the young lady who took my order Angelina! She was so nice and accommodating. Let’s fast forward she took my order which was a 10 piece i usually get all legs for my son but I wanted to thighs. They made my 8legs fresh and never put my thighs in the bag. When I got home and called up there barhari answered and proceeded to argue with me about my missing chicken!!!! He finally admitted he was wrong and said I could come get the chicken he owed me!!! At this point keep the chicken!!!! The five stars for service is for Angelina!! Keep shining !!!"

"Order the new blackened chicken sandwich and heard them say spicy when I got to the window. They specifically told me they corrected the sand which. All I got was a spicy original chicken sandwich. Which is a shame because I wanted to try the new one. Poor service usually from this store and the never ever offer sauces if you don’t remember it’s on you. The food taste good though usually."
