"was excellent. The owners run the place by themselves so it’s a genuine mom and pop spot. The owner, took her time explaining the menu and restaurant experience to me. We were first served with side dishes and Miso soup. I liked the horseradish the best and the owner made sure I took an extra side of horseradish home with me. Decided to try the Beef Burrito, Seafood Hot Stone Bowl and Bulgogi Hot Stone Bowl. At the end we were offered Muchi Korean Donuts on the house, not yet on the menu, owner wanted us to try them. The restaurant itself is very clean and new. The owners really take pride in the business which we saw in service and tasted in our food. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the mood for Korean food or want new excitement for your taste bugs."
"This is a hidden gem. Food is really delicious. We’re ordered the spicy beef soup and dumplings. Side dishes were really tasty and the soup was amazing. Great family owned restaurant. Places like these, serving healthy, great tasting food, deserve a shout out!"
"My partner and I went to Kimchi Mama for our three year anniversary and it was the best meal we have had in a long time!! We got an order of tteokbokki, sundubu, and bulgogi and they were all incredible. The owner taught us how to eat everything correctly, packed our leftovers, and even gave us a homemade dessert to try. Everyone who works there is so sweet and the food is DELICIOUS!!!!!!"
"Kimchi Mama is a fast food Korean Restaurant. The menu was promising but the food didn’t really deliver taste. We ordered many items to try. The seafood pancake was a tad too thick and not crispy enough. The friend chicken was decent. The beef bulgogi hot clay pot dish was tasty. The restaurant itself smelled like gasoline and very cold. The set up of the restaurant was kind of haphazard. The wait staff was very nice and helpful. I’m bummed, I was hoping for a better experience."
"After a long day at the beach, Kimchi Mama sure hit the spot! Loooots of side dishes, all very flavorful. The kimchi here is VERY strong. Hubby loved it. Wings were extra crispy and delicious. Galbi was very good, but a little salty for my taste. Service was great. It looks like a hole in the wall, but that's how you KNOW the food is gonna be BANGIN."
