"Hands down one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I ordered a round plain and a Detroit BurRoni. The crispiness for both pies are superb. I love thin crust pizza with no flop and their slices hit that mark. Cheese is evenly distributed and sauce is delicious. The BurRoni deserves a chef’s kiss. The ingredients were fresh, the burrata melts in your mouth and the hot honey sauce adds another element to the experience eating this pie. I didn’t try the burgers but got to see a few come out the kitchen and their presentations were impressive. Restaurant is small and encourage calling in before heading out to dine in. Plaza has one hour parking. Customers come in and out so if you sit by the door and it’s winter, you will be cold. Pies are fresh so the wait time will happen. Dont worry it’s worth the wait. I’m not a big Pepsi product fan and that was majority of the options for non-alcoholic drinks. Definitely returning and trying other things in the menu."

"Have been away for 2 yrs and missed The Galley Pizza & Eatery! Over the 2 yrs the menu has quadrupled! Their smoked wings are now joined by garlic smoked wings. Their pizzas now come detroit-style and dbl proofed with a puffy sky high crust. More pastas, more pizza flavors and more yumm. People are just as great as always, brussel sprouts just as yummy as before… Try them out. Come with a group and share!"

"To be honest. The simply is one of the best pizza places in the world. The pizza is so ridiculously good. I'm not a huge fan of hot, but I will tell you their station 83 pie might be the best pizza I've ever had. The staff is amazingly friendly and the inside is just a great hangout. We try to stop in here every time we're in the area. Well worth the trip. If I could give them more than five stars I would"

"Ordered the Grand Mama pizza. A little wait but so worth it! Very fresh & delicious. I usually don't like eating the crust but this pizza was too good not to finish. You can taste the freshness of each ingredient from the garlic to the sauce. The place is very lively with music & the servers are very welcoming. Definitely will be back to try more food on their menu!"
