"Farmacie is a beautiful new espresso bar/ cafe in one of my favorite towns on the Jersey Shore - Highlands! There's a great courtyard out back for warmer weather. Inside you'll find amazing coffee and some of the best pastries around. Definitely a very welcome addition to town!"
"This is a very nice coffee shop featuring Illy coffee. They have a variety of fresh pastry options ranging from sweet to savory. A great deal of attention is paid to the interior decoration, with rustic-looking chairs and wooden communal tables creating a relaxing ambiance. There is also a covered courtyard with two fountains adding to this place’s overall appeal."
"Excellent pastries. Almond croissant is one of the best I’ve ever had. However, I think the employees would benefit from being trained on how to use the espresso machine. This place is super nice and I’m very glad they moved into Highlands but the espresso really needs work. I think there is a coffee roaster in Atlantic Highlands that offers training!"
"A bright and inspiring space, offering delicious pastries, coffee, and mindful home items. Set in a beautifully renovated corner store built in 1905, the name Farmacie is inspired by the original Pharmacy that this building was once used for. Many of the original fixtures and details have been thoughtfully preserved. Ideally placed seats by the shopfront window allow you to sit and enjoy a coffee whilst reading a book or just watching the world go by. Alternatively, and for larger groups, there’s a lovely Zen-like walled garden out the back with a long table. The service from the team at Farmacie is warm and attentive. A great addition to the Highlands community."
