"50% of the time I come to this drive through with a $5-10 order (no joke) probably 2 burgers they make you park on the side till it’s ready when I tell them I’d rather wait here they tell us they will get in trouble. Long story short they try to mask they are not doing their job up to expectations. I have no problem leaving negative reviews for places like this"
"10/15/23 I must admit, I am very disappointed. Management needs to improve. I came here because of their indoor playground that my daughter loves. When I entered it was 12pm or about to be. There one one person in front of me, but only one cashier who was taking drive-through orders and in person orders. The person was clearly overwhelmed. Instead of helping or providing help, the manager ignored the evident issue. I stood in line for 17 minutes trying to order hot cakes for my daughter. I tried the kiosk but hot cakes were not an option. I explained this to the manager, who did nothing but stated breakfast time is over. She did not offered to help nor to alleviate the pressure from the one cashier taking all the orders. You must do better! This is unacceptable. Customer should not have to wait in line inside the restaurant for a long time to place an order. Also, help your colleagues. You cannot cater only to drive-through customers. You must manage better!!!"
