"Walked in around 11:45pm. App says they close at 1am. Kiosk didn't work to order so we had to order at the counter. Waited a good 10 minutes before someone acknowledged us. Ordered. Went to get my order and the RUDE girl hands it to me and says "to go only. We close in 5 minutes to clean". The food was falling apart and nasty. The sweet tea tasted like MOLD!"
"The worst place to go the staff to busy talking about what they did or just gossiping and not paying attention to them making the orders is always something with this place manager it depends who it is but there is one she don’t care acts like you are bothering her not apologetic at very nasty like she’s doing you a favor and all she says ok ok. I’m sorry but they need to shut them down"
"This McDonald never seems to fail. Today I ordered a fish sandwich and they put a tiny piece of cheese and my wife ordered a Big Mac they put her buns backwards."
"Do not go here. I ordered two gift cards thinking it would take at the most two minutes. They got my gift card order incorrect and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for them to figure out what happened. They then wanted to charge my card again for the two gift cards and i refused. Unfortunately i ended up leaving without the gift cards and am now having to monitor my card statement to make sure it didn't go through. The place seemed a bit chaotic with the lines long inside, the cashier not knowing what she's doing , management not really caring and there being more of a focus on drive in orders."
"I recently visited McDonald's in Carteret and had a great experience. The staff greeted me with a smile and took my order quickly. I ordered the hash brown and chicken biscuit sandwich, and both were cooked perfectly. The hash brown was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, while the chicken in the sandwich was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The biscuit was also moist and added a great texture to the sandwich. The dining room was clean and well- maintained, with plenty of seating options available. I appreciated the ample parking space as well. Overall, I had a great experience at this McDonald's location and would definitely recommend it to others."
