"UPDATE: I would happily have changed my review to reflect the level of customer service the owner left in response to what I wrote. Which actually, was a larger inconvenience then I let on because I was being kind in my original review. My partner in fact kindly offered to step out of the house to purchase the missing ingredient to remedy the mistake. So we were further out of pocket for a mediocre breakfast when all was said and done. We have ordered from you quite often in the past, but apparently being petty and losing customers for the future is how you prefer to run your business. Perhaps next time you’ll choose to leave an apology that isn’t dripping with disdain for an inconvenience that you caused. 1 star it is, then. Original review: Ordered a bacon egg and CREAM CHEESE on a bagel (it’s actually capitalized on the menu) and I even clicked the option to specify ‘plain cream cheese’ the order arrived with white American cheese. It’s fine, we have cream cheese at home I can fix it but it’s a bit disheartening to call and let them know about the mistake and no one answers. We’ve tried intermittently for 10 minutes now and nothing. So just a warning, if you order from here and receive something prepared incorrectly, they won’t be available to help you remedy the problem."
