"Great neighborhood spot. I love their matcha and chai latte. Sandwiches are also good! Sometimes struggle with finding a seat, but that happens everywhere. I also love their accent wall decorated with different colorful plates"
"This place has some soul. Vibes reminded me of cafes in Paris but unfortunately NYC’s COVID huts don’t really do the outdoor spaces justice. Food and drinks are good, slightly pricey. Probably wouldn’t go for the simit sandwich next time. Unfortunately you will probably be subject to second hand smoke while you’re there, similar to other euro style cafes in Astoria, but that’s part of the experience I guess."

"I just happened to stop by Madame Sou Sou this morning- I had never seen it before. But the service and coffee are excellent! They even have gluten free banana bread- can’t beat that. There is a delightful area outside to enjoy your beverage, I hope to stop by again."
"This is probably the most charming cafe in Astoria. From the welcoming indoor decor to the outdoor seating options, Madame Sousou is the place to go to have a coffee and pastry, and unwind. Also, it's ideal for people watching if you sit outside. The service is second to none. The staff here are very warm and friendly! I ordered an iced cafe latte which was actually one of the best I had! I didn't get the pastries and sandwiches here, but they looked amazing. I'll definitely return!"
