"Whatever they do here, they do it right. Haven't been to a Five Guys in many years, especially since the last few times (at other locations), things were lacking in several areas - so much so that it turned me off to the brand in general. Came here for the hell of it since I was right in the area and just eating the fries to get to my burgers in the bag reminded me of what I was missing. And yes, those fries are STILL awesome. The one who took my order was friendly. Everything is made fresh to order and you can see their process while you wait. Bacon cheeseburgers were just as good as the fries. Filling and delicious all around. Inside was clean - even the drinks area was clean, which is rare since the general public tends to mess it up in most other businesses. There was plenty of seating. Located in the Cortlandt Town Center shopping plaza, there's no shortage of parking - just use caution (and patience) while navigating the lot since there are a lot of bad drivers who come to the Center. This location has renewed my taste for Five Guys again, so I'm sure I will be back now."
"Would never return. Worst fries I've ever (attempted) to eat. After a long wait and buying the largest size, I should've returned them and complained. However, it wasn't worth the time and gas. Fool me once....I highly recommend going elsewhere"
"It was my 1st visit here. The employees were extremely friendly. The store was clean and quiet. The food was delicious and the large fries could feed 3 people. Lol Definitely will return for a late dinner."
"It's tasty but it's a bit oily compared to the other Burgers... Their fries are very good and of very even quality. Me and my family all agree that it is our family rank No1. The eating environment is neatly decorated. Staffs are friendly. It's a solid place for a quick bite."
"Really friendly staff and of course delicious burgers (I like to get the double patties). Pro tip you can get the smallest size fries they still dump a whole bunch of fries into the bag anyway. Idk it’s definitely enough for me there’s no point in even getting a medium imo. Great vanilla shakes too. Clean location the bathroom’s clean too."
