"This place is horrible. Lack of care put into preparing your meal. The taco I received was flat and had a lot of missing ingredients and the same with the burrito. In addition, this place is understaffed, so prepare to wait even when there's a lack of customers.."

"This location constantly hands out orders with missing and incorrect items. Not only is it wrong when ordering through UberEats, but also when ordered in person. It wasn’t the fault of the employee who took my order it was the kitchen. I know because the receipt is accurate. ACCURACY OF ORDERS MATTERS!!! As a previous manager of a restaurant, this would be embarrassing to me to have complaints consistently about food orders being wrong. It is a beg inconvenience and waste of time for customers to have to come back and tell you that an item was missing. And sometimes it’s not possible for customers to come back and correct things. It seems like purposeful negligence on the part of the staff preparing the orders. Knowing most people won’t or can’t come back to raise an issue and counting on that while carelessly preparing orders is effectively STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS! And if continued, this behavior could make your restaurant and staff vulnerable to LAWSUITS! Take pride in what you do or just quit already. This is UNACCEPTABLE!"

"This establishment is very clean. They staff is helpful. My complaint about this place is the amount of meat that they put in the items is very little. I paid an extra 65 cents for them to give me 4 small pieces of chicken in my chalupa. I didn't get a picture, but the amount of meat in the crispy melt taco was about a teaspoon full. I understand about prices of food going up but please give a decent amount especially if there is a surcharge."
