My burgers weren’t cooked—totally pink when we bit into them, the fries were half empty and the hot dog….wasn’t even the right shape or color…this is how people get sick!! Customer service wasn’t helpful either. When calling this location I was given attitude. Called the main headquarters and am expecting a refund."
"Not so much into burgers. But, if I’m ever in the rare mood for one, 5 guys isn’t too bad of an option. Certainly better than McDonald’s or Burger King. I also find it to be better than the other burger joints. Like Smashbuger or Shake Shack. My meal at this 5 guys location was typical. A greasy burger and fries. Not too much else to say about it. It is what it is."
"Great burgers! One of the best, higher quality “fast food” restaurants. Prices are low but burgers are pretty big. We ordered fries and were surprised by the size of it, we got so many fries! Free, unlimited peanuts"
