"Today February 1st 2024 , I stopped by this McDonald's with my daughter, While I was waiting inside for food, the manager Charles was yelling at one of the employees, he almost hit her. I thought , we are in 2024 and there's no more slavery. This guy doesn't deserve to be a leader there and I wouldn't be surprised if another customer calls labor department on this McDonald's,, please make sure HR hear this"
"I don’t know if this manager is new or not but she has this place shipshape and rocking! Plus I can’t remember the last time a fast food manager earnestly and genuinely solicited my feedback about how my experience was (with no hint that I should provide it to someone)"
"I have been waiting over 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches and fries. Are you in the back bioengineering the beef burger for burger? Are you placing the fries in the fryer 1 at a time? Because at this pace I wouldn't be surprised if they were placing each grain of salt individually on the fries. Do better! This is the slowest McDonald's this side of the Mississippi."
"Honestly, this is the worst McDonalds i have EVER been to in my entire life. The fries/nuggets are DISGUSTING. They NEVER change the oil. Its unsanitary and makes the food taste terrible. They also love to make you wait, even for a super simple order. I went tonight for the first time in a year (stopped going because it was so bad) and it was just as bad if not worse. Pathetic."
"They were very busy at our small town. Long drive through waiting. When I ordered the frosty drinks on the speaker it took long time to reach the pay window then the receiving winds and the drinks were melted not much but it shows they prepared it right a head with hot kitchen they melt. French fries were not as I expected"
