"This place deserves no stars. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE. EVER. the items never shipped, they never answer emails or phone calls. The business hours are not accurate. As someone from The Bronx who likes supporting small businesses, don’t support this one. I’ve request That paypal remove them as a partner business since this runs like an illegitimate business. It’s disappointing and overall infuriating to deal with a business that clearly does not know how to run as one. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS."
"I placed 2 online orders on Nov 24th. It has been 7 weeks since then. One order arrived after reaching out on social. The items from the second order were intended as gifts for Christmas. Christmas, New Year's, Three Kings and Birthdays have come and gone and still no response from the shop (email or social platform). An unfortunate representation of The Bronx!"

I’ve contacted the store several times (via different platforms) and have not received any resolution. I still have hope that maybe I’ll get a refund, but this is insane. Super disappointed. "This place was a time capsule for me it brought me back to my childhood in the Bronx. I see so many negative reviews on this store location all I have to say is the experience is one of a kind and you should never try to put someone else down that is building the neighborhood up. Us small business owners struggle on every day basis the price is here are fair remember we are small business we are bringing you one of a kind pieces. I say WE… because I am a small business owner myself and my experience just stopping by in the neighborhood was excellent and the owner was very informative and the style and branding is fantastic. "This was my first time going to a poem reading it was awesome. I love the atmosphere and it gets really crowded. I brought a sweater and a book of the author that was reading. Great place to come and get a feel of the bronx. Love it."
