"Rainbow should offer workshops to their employee teaching them how to have professional etiquette behavior, not all customers that go into the store have a bad attitude or deserve to be treated as such, in addition to that workshop they should also include teaching their employees English. The employees below who refused to give a name, lack the knowledge of speaking English, I'm speaking to her in English and they're both returning the conversation back to me in Spanish, discriminating, how do you even know that I speak Spanish, why should I have to be Hispanic to be treated with good service, so because the communication is in 2 different languages, we're clashing, therefore they started to refuse to help me because they couldn't comprehend what I was saying, ignoring my situation and ignoring that I was even present, taking care of all the other Spanish speaking customers and when I brought it to their attention, all of a sudden they become victims and felt I was attacking them and I was being a difficult customer, it is very frustrating to go into any business and deal with such poor quality services, especially if they don't understand English, why hire them or because they don't understand their job or they don't understand the protocols or how to manage why hire them. In order for me to get the proper services that I know that I was entitled to I had to call customer service myself in order to resolve the issue. Before all this over a dumb 10%, the lady had the audacity to call her supervisor and told the supervisor that anything that I said was a lie. What was the LIE? Why do I need to lie. She had the supervisor on speaker and the supervisor himself also lack professionalism, said for her not to worry because rainbow will not help me with anything to ignore me.. Wow! Rainbow customer service did helped...all this over 10%, and rainbow customer service was the one who helped me. The truth behind it all is, she couldn't understand proper educated English she was unable to provide the proper services or even the proper response. End of it all I got my 10%... after an hour of debating back and forth with these two, hell yes I was going to get my 10%..... and by the way no I don't speak Spanish."

"Wide selection of labels at clearance prices. Plus sizes, children’s clothing, women’s intimate apparel, shoes. Seemingly the Englishly challenged employees discussed in this location’s previous reviews have been replaced with people who speak passable pidgin. Spacing somewhat tight, but thus is Manhattan."

"Wish i could give 0 stars. They dont know there own policies. Its a shame there always understaffed and the managent is rude and careless. They are training there employeyes to enforce rules that do not represent those of the corporation. I had to call corporate twice to remind them on totaly seperate occasions that they cannot just make up there own return policies because they they may lose out in some way. I was a regular but will no longer give them my money. Word of the wise, dont go there either."
