"I took my mother and grandparents to lunch here today, and we were so pleased with everything. I normally go to the West New York location since it’s close to home, but from here on I think this will be the new spot. The food was fantastic, and our server, Ty was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. I will absolutely be back thanks to the great experience we had."

"I decided to get Chinese cuisine for my clients. I ordered a few dishes and got the chicken and broccoli with a side of lo mein for myself. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and went over to the takeout area. There was a really nice man who served me and he was very nice and got my food together. There was another lady there and seemed irritated because one of the meals wasn't separate like requested. When I separated the food when I left, one of the meals was missing. I called, and the nice man said he would have it ready. When I arrived I went to the takeout and this young lady with glasses, the same one from before, I never got her name, saw me standing waiting for someone. Instead of handing me the bag on the other side of the counter, with an attitude, she put it away from me, so I had to go around and get it. I was not too pleased at that. It was not a great experience."

"Decided to visit P.F. Changs for the first time on this beautiful Saturday night. From the second that I walk-in, the host was extremely respectful, very kind and despite it being busy, we got seated quickly. I had a Chicken Lettuce Wrap, Mongolian Beef and 2x Rising Dragon... 10/10. I took a Chang's Apple Crunch to-go and that also was a 10/10. I must note that they put the ice cream in a bag of ice so it doesn't melt, now that's being considerate. I was very impressed with the food/drinks, service and atmosphere. I also want to thank my server, Gabby for her 5-star hospitality. Not only did she have a smile that lit up the room, but her energy and attention to detail was incredible. Will be back sooner than later."

"Today was my birthday celebration at PF Chang in Hackensack, NJ location. The server Guido was very nice and attentive. I really liked the experience and would recommend for anyone to visit. The menu has a lot of varieties and vegetarian options. I will def go there again!"

"I usually order take out from P.F. Chang's normally, but after a very long time, we decided to dine-in. I have no words. Take out has always been okay, but dine-in was phenomenal. 5/5 for sure. Food: The food was simply great. We ordered the Tempura Calamari and Crispy Green Beans. I'm not a fan of beans, but I LOVED it! Then, for the main course, we ordered Chang's Spicy Chicken with Brown Rice, Signature Lo Mein and Chicken Fried Rice. I went for dinner with my parents so all of us shared with each other and had a great time. (5/5) Service: Our waitress was a really friendly girl. She made sure to make us feel comfortable throughout dinner. (5/5 for her hard work!) Atmosphere: LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!! I have nothing else to say. The lighting was perfect and there was enough space on the tables. I often struggle with lighting and space at a lot of restaurants, but I was so happy with P.F. Chang's! (5/5)"
