"They are under new management. They tried to put egg and cheese on top of the box cream cheese spread. They must’ve miss-heard. When I got home, the cream cheese on my bagel was rancid. I’ll be going to a different Bagel Shoppe for no one. I hope this is just a learning curve for the new management. The coffee was good though, and the worker was very nice - obviously just new."

"In the past 3 months the service has definitely taken a nose dive. Also something wasn't right with the food. I actually for the first time in a long time threw out my bagel sandwich because it wasn't fresh as I always come to expect. Also please check your prices. I've come in there the past 4 times in 2 months and ordered the same thing and got charged 4 different amounts. This place is starting to not to look good. It's really sad to because Ho-Ho-Kus needs that breakfast place. I've been going to this bagel shop for almost 4 years. The quality of food and service was spot on!! Also from a customer's point of view you downsized the store. I hope you take this review as a way to fix things and not just ignore it. Thank you!! Have a great day!!"
