Some of the employees speak little English so you have to be assertive in requesting help. I received a lot of help trying on outfits and spending almost one thousand dollars. "I purchased shoes from this location on friday 9/7. The shoes broke on 9/9 while I was out running errands. I immediately called the store asked for a manager. I spoke to Julia and explained that my shoes broke, since I was out I didn't have a box or the receipt on me. Julia told me if I had my bank statement and the date she could look up the transaction to do an exchange. When I arrived 30 minutes later she denied that I told her about the shoe being damaged or that I didn't have a receipt. She was extremely disrespectful, and condescending to not only myself but my mother. And as I was trying to convince my mother to leave and de-escalate the situation Julia was trying to keep it going... and then called security. My family and I have shopped here for years. That ends today. This is not the first time that there's been a problem with this particular manager. A brand new shoe should not break in 2 days. And as a small company serving a community of working people like fordham road, its important to not only value a customer's business but to respect them as human beings. The store policy is exchange only but you all can't even honor that. Julia's behavior as a manager is appalling and disgusting. She tried to provoke my mother by talking about me. It was immature. In the end shw refused my return, barely let me speak after she wasted my time by telling me on the phone she'd do the exchange. So now you've wasted my time and money after you insulted me by lying. Please do better."

"Yes, clothes are nice. But.... customer service is HORRIBLE. God forbid you get something as a present and doesn't fit. You are stuck with the merchandise. Because they wouldn't exchange it for nothing. My brother bought shoes, for me and he asked 8. The gave him an 8.5. His mistake was that he didn't check it before leaving. But they were giving me a hard time for their mistake. Not to mention that I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't fit. He got my size, but the dress is impossible to get on. Had the tag and everything on, my brother asked the lady before he bought it what if it doesn't fit, she said usually they don't exchange but she will. We got back with it, the lady wasn't there ... just these two sour ladies. Julia... and I don't remember the other one's name. They were simply rude. I'll never do business with them again. Used to buy tons of stuff there and spend money. Then one time it happened to need a different size and they couldn't do nothing. I understand the policy... but the employees are making it worse. Even if I wanted to wear that dress .... it could not happen. And if I could get it on, I wouldn't need to exchange it in the first place. Very disappointed. Will advice everyone and all my friends to find another store instead."
