"I have been shopping at this boutique since 2008 but have stopped buying from there for some years now until last Wednesday. I bought a guess suit for 130 bucks , took it home and tried them on. I realised the pants was tight and also my husband didnt like how it looked on me. So I brought it back to the shop on Friday to exchange for something else. The associate asked me to go ahead to pick what ever I want. In the middle of it the associat came back accusing me of wearing the outfit. I was soo furious so I asked to speak to the manager only for them to tell me he wasnt the one I purchased from but his twin brother. Which I later found out it was a lie. Now they're asking me to go and come back on Tuesday the 26th to talk to the boss. I was at my breaking point at this time so I left the clothes with them and left. I felt ripped off, disappointed and bullied. I dont think that is the proper way of treating a customer. What hurt me most was telling me to go and come back on Tuesday even when I said to them I wouldn't be able to make it because I have work that day till wednesday."
