"DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! This place is garbage. I put in an online order that offered a footlong for 5.99 and when i got to the place the lady had my receipt in her hand saying that the store doesn’t do that. That she can give me a 6” for that price. She called her “boss” 3 times with no luck and offered me a refund on a gift card. I told her i didn’t want that because that means i will have to buy from another subway again. Then she says that my total came out to less that a bacon egg and cheese from McDonalds. (I used my subway points for and extra $2 off from previous orders) she ended up making the sandwich because she saw i wasn’t budging but put the minimum amount of meat. I was already tired of arguing and was on my work break so i took it as it was. My question is If the store does not offer the promotion why did it come up as a pick up location that does? Never going back again."

"I’m so glad I read these reviews to know I’m not crazy. I’ve gone to this subway many times and the sandwiches were great. Today I went in and ordered a footlong tuna. I asked the bread to be lightly toasted. She went to put my requested condiments on the sandwich and I saw no tuna on the bread. I questioned her and she insisted she put four scoops on. I saw nothing except for a shiny surface on the bread. Looked like the tuna was absorbed in the bread during toasting? Foot long churro stale and unchewable. Won’t be visiting there again"

"Been going here for about year off and on, always buy footlong Turkey, swiss, spinach, tomato, cucumber, onions, green peppers, nothing else. Before this wknd it was always no issues , as the person always double the Turkey without me saying a word, this time, it looked like I just got 6 slices, as it didn't even cover the length of the footlong, I asked how many slices of Turkey did you put , replied 8, really , that's it, was told that's all we can do ,, really, I then asked for a little more onions, she didn't add but an additional 2-3 slices, wow ! What's going on here, she went to the register and told me its 11.89,,, I'm like how much ?? Told me again, I used to pay 7.99 plus tax,, this is crazy,, I asked if the prices went up, she and the asian lady both yelled back that's the price. Ok I'm just asking , I never paid this much for a footlong from this store in over a year,, well that's the price, ok, and you didn't add that much vegetables and Turkey to my order, ..no response!! No way will I go back here, they are so disrespectful to you when you asked something they don't want to hear. Bread was stale, the Turkey seemed not fresh, terrible !! Never again at this Subway, hopefully there not all like this"

"I have been a long-time subway customer. I always order tuna and ask for some additional green pepper on my sandwich. It's never been an extra charge. Until now. Today, they told me its an extra charge for extra vegetable toppings. I am appalled! If this is a new Subway policy, then i will start buying my sandwiches at QuikChek!"

"I have ordered on my app 2 sandwiches with promo buy one get one free. When I came in they told me that they don’t have free sandwiches and won’t give it to me. They want me to pay for second sandwich, or get one that was paid. I asked them to cancel my order and still they couldn’t do processing me to send me refund. So I didn’t get anything wasted my coupon and time. Don’t know if they will send me refund. Very disappointed."
