"I just went into yoffee coffee to get myself a sandwich. (I went to the 1 at the Chestnut Ridge location) I gave the lady the most simplest order and she repeated it back to me and it was all correct. I arrive home to eat the sandwich and I see something I definitely did not order they added stuff to my sandwich that i never asked for. I am extremely disappointed My first time ordering from here and I see such disappointment."
"Asked for iced caramel cappuccino, barista proceeded to make me a frozen coffee, after I told her she got my order wrong the other barista started to make what I ordered and then fake poured caramel syrup into my coffee after I specifically asked for it, I didn’t want to make a scene so I took my coffee and left. So I got overcharged (was charged for a frozen coffee) and didn’t get what I wanted. As a professional barista myself it’s sad to see that others can’t do their job right."
"I have eaten at Yoffee many times over the years, and I have always been satisfied. This last visit was a very bad happening. The workers were trying very hard to accommodate, and did their best. However, the food experience was a very low quality and very different than I had previously experienced. Hopefully, they return to their prior self, and this quality issue is corrected, and not detrimental to the good moments they provide."
