"We get bubbakoos from this location very often and had a terrible experience today. We ordered through the app, which has a lot of technical problems. It doesn't allow us to redeem our rewards we've earned. Today we ordered 4 burrito bowls on the app and 3 of them had the wrong ingredients. When we picked up the order we asked to redeem one of the rewards from the app in-person, because the app won't let us do it. The employees did not want to help at all and laughed at the suggestion we could try to sort it out in person. They said they don't know how the app works. We left without redeeming any rewards and when we got home our food was wrong. Lettuce on bowls that weren't meant to have it, missing chicken in one, missing cheese in another."

"Today was the first time I've been to Bubbakoo's in a long while. The staff was as friendly as I remembered, but the food quality (at least today) has changed. I ordered eight bone-in wings with General Tso's sauce and a side of brown rice and black beans. The wings had no flavor, and the sauce was lacking. I could see the freezer burn on a few of the wings. The chicken was very bland as if the wings weren't slightly pre-seasoned. I've never had Bubbakoo's wings the way I had them today. As for the rice, it was very mushy, not too far off from a warm rice pudding. Not sure what happened, but today the overall quality was down. It's not what I'm used to from this establishment. It'll be a while before I give it another try, I can't afford to waste money in times like these. I don’t want to finish my lunch."
