"Very long waits. Unorganized collection. Went today, got my usual order. Barista didn't ask my name as she was rushing about completely uninterested in customer service. Starbucks has forgotten about the basics. Overpriced garbage."
"Honestly I come here ALL the time and all the time I have to wait up to 20 min for my drink when there’s more than 5 employees. Today I was waiting in the drive thru, I paid for my order and I after paying they say they don’t have any of the items I ordered. After I waited at least 15 min at the window watching the guy taking the drive thru orders walk around and talking with his coworkers. 3 workers helping a lady with her drink cause “it tasted funny” when the line is this huge you really need 3 coworkers to remake a drink? Absolutely no."
"Best customer service I’ve experienced any Starbucks ever. I mentioned that to the barista, Ty, today and he gave me a $4 complementary gift card for my kind words. He also special cooked my bacon egg and Gouda because I wanted it extra crispy. Ty is the best!!! Give him a raise!!!"
"I order on the app almost every day and it is always done on time and the staff members are always so sweet. One time I messed up the order and they helped me fix it right on the spot. They are truly a caring and amazing staff with impeccable service. I recommend this location 10000% all having to do because of the baristas."
