"This Dunkin is a regular Dunkin the last time I went here I ordered on the mobile app thought I ordered to my regular location (Closet to my house) Turns out I made a mistake and ordered to this one. Clicked on the "Directions" button in the app and got the address for this place. When I got there I was told they did not have my order. Turns out the dunkin I ordered to was another one but when I clicked on the "directions" button it sent me to this location. So it was a mistake in the app. I asked if they could make it they told me they could not I was disappointed but understood and tried to explain to the supervisor (Taller Hispanic Woman) that the directions were incorrect on the app and if she could give a corporate number so I could call in and let them know about the app problem. Got told by the supervisor "You just don't know how to drive." Safe to say she did not understand that it was a problem with the app."

"Nastiest woman working the counter today at 10:45. Asked for a dollar donut with a Large iced americano and she denied me, and started to get nasty & raised her voice at me, after I told her the Dunkin I go to everyday does it for me. I then said I guess this place is managed differently. The other staff members were just as nasty, adding to the situation. Get some nicer staff members and fix your menu. Horrible management & staff."
