"My go-to when visiting Woodbury Commons, Parm delivers consistently solid Italian-American classics like chicken Parm, spicy rigatoni, calamari etc. It's also one of the better sit-down options at Woodbury vs the food court or fast food spots. Can get busy during the lunchtime rush hour, I'd recommend probably getting there by noon. In total we ordered two entrees, two appetizers and two drinks for ~$130 after tip."

"Eggplant parmigiana was luke warm, did not taste fresh. Garlic bread was over toasted. Pasta with vodka sauce was good (hard to mess that up). Service was slow, inattentive, plates were dirty and had to request several times for clean ones, some of our food never even came out. The only saving grace is the ambiance. Will not be eating here again or recommending to anyone."

"This place was pretty good! The roast beef sandwich was definitely better than the rigatoni in vodka sauce, which was surprising. My wife was also a little upset that they never brought her Parmesan and fresh black pepper, but the food was definitely decent. I’ll probably return! Pro tip: go straight to the bar to avoid the long wait."

"Food is pretty good but service can be slow or absent. Came on a busy day and the wait seemed long so I opted for takeout and I ate it at the nearby food court. I highly recommend the chicken Parm. The sesame bread with breaded tender chicken, oozing mozzarella and the crispy crunch of the tomato is perfections. The mozzarella sticks is a hard pass, a little stale and nothing special. I just got the salad to balance out the meal, need some on your diet!"

"Parm Italian Restaurant offers a welcoming atmosphere with a clean environment. However, be prepared for a potential 15-minute wait in the evenings. The prices are reasonable. The dishes are generally tasty, but there's room for improvement, particularly in their Caesar and signature salads, which could benefit from fresher lettuce. The garlic bread was delicious, although my wife found an unexpected foreign object in her dish, but the server handled it well. We also tried their pasta, which was good. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience, but the service was notably slow compared to other Italian restaurants, and they do not provide complimentary bread. They do offer free Wi-Fi for customers, but the ambiance is average. We paid $10 for mall parking."
